Please, browse our catalogue of curated niche rentals and add them to your wishlist. Once you are ready to inquire, click your cart and go through your checkout process. This is the next step in your inquiry where you will include any additional notes, event date, service details, and all additional info. For that reason, payment is not required.
Once we receive your request from, we will review our inventory and availability. We will reach out to confirm that we received your inquiry. To move forward, if items and service are available, we will continue on with our typical invoice and scheduling process. The invoice will include the confirmed rental items, all taxes and fees, and terms and conditions. This email will go straight to you via our scheduling platform, and from there, once your invoice is approved, you can fulfill your invoice directly via the secure payment processor. Your wishlist selections are not reserved prior to this. You can make changes to your rentals up until 7 days prior to your rental date.
We allow pick-up day before your event if the inventory is ready, available and not in use, and items should be returned no later than the next day after the date of your event, unless, otherwise agreed upon. You can also pick-up and drop-off on the same day! There is an additional late night fee of pick-ups after 9:00 P.M..
Any damage to the rental items beyond your returnable damage will be billed accordingly after assessment. For irreversible damages, like a missing piece or causing the piece to be removed from our inventory, we will assess the value of that rental three to five times and you will be invoiced for the replacement. Our items cannot be left unattended or wet.
